UCSL Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for UCSL:
- Office Assistant –
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (other than Fine Arts/ Performing Arts) or Science or Commerce or Business Administration or Computer Applications with minimum 60% of marks from a recognized University.
- Experience: Candidates must possess at least two years of post-qualification work experience handling administrative tasks, data entry, record keeping, report generation, and managing files and registers within a public, private, or commercial organization.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications like MS Office, Excel, SAP.
- Draftsman (Mechanical) –
- Educational Qualification: Three-year Diploma in Mechanical or Marine or Naval Architecture Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education securing minimum of 60% of marks.
- Experience: Two years’ experience in design and drafting of Machinery /Hull Machinery Outfit / Pipe outfit /Accommodation outfit Ship systems in a Shipyard/ commercial establishment related to design.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Auto cad.
- Draftsman (Electrical) –
- Educational Qualification: Three-year Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Instrumentation & Communication Engineering, from a State Board of Technical Education securing minimum of 60% of marks.
- Experience: Two years’ experience in design and drafting of electrical systems for ships in a Shipyard/ commercial establishment.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Auto cad.
- Technician (Electrical) –
- Educational Qualification: Pass in SSLC, ITI (National Trade Certificate) and All India National Trade Test (National Apprenticeship Certificate) in the trade of electrician.
- Experience: Minimum two years post qualification experience as Electrician looking after the operation of Substation, installation of HT/LT switchgears, transformers, maintenance of electrical equipments in a Ship Building Company or Ship Repair company or Engineering Company or Electricity generation / transmission / Distribution company.
- Store Keeper –
- Educational Qualification: (a) Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management. OR (b) Minimum of three year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Mechatronics or Marine or Shipbuilding)
- Experience: Minimum Two years post qualification experience in storekeeping in a Shipyard or Engineering Company or Government Company or Establishment or Semi Government Company or Establishment or Commercial Establishment
