TNUAVC has released the recruitment notification No:  to fill the 36 Drone Pilots, Drone Co-Pilots, Car Driver, Cook Helper, Tender Executive, RPTO Instructor, Supervisor, Cook, House Keeping, RPTO Supervisor Posts. The application form should be downloaded in PDF format from the official website @ https://www.tnuavcorp.com/. The last date for the receipt of Filled application along with all enclosures is 18.09.2026. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the TNUAVC Drone Pilot notification and verify their eligibility. 

The official place of posting for all the 36 positions will be Chennai. Eligible candidates possessing a10th, Diploma, B.E/B.Tech, Any Degree, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc can apply exclusively via the Offline mode. TNUAVC Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for TNUAVC:

1. Drone Pilots – 
   • Valid Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) approved by DGCA. 
   • Experience in operating multirotor and fixed-wing drones preferred. 
   • Knowledge of drone mapping software and flight planning applications is an added advantage. 
   • Basic knowledge of drone maintenance and troubleshooting. 
   • Good communication and teamwork skills. 
   • Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.
2. Drone Co-Pilots – 
   • Certification in drone operations or relevant technical qualification preferred. 
   • Basic knowledge of drone systems and field operations. 
   • Good communication and coordination skills. 
   • Willingness to travel frequently for project work. 
   • Freshers with interest in drone technology may also apply.
3. Car Driver – 
   • Valid LMV driving license with good driving record. 
   • Minimum experience driving cars or commercial vehicles preferred. 
   • Good knowledge of routes, highways, and traffic regulations. 
   • Ability to maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism. 
   • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. 
   • Willingness to travel for official duties.
4. Cook Helper –
   •  Prior experience in kitchen or catering assistance preferred. 
   • Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness practices. 
   • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. 
   • Physically fit and capable of handling kitchen-related tasks. 
   • Good discipline, punctuality, and teamwork skills. 
   • Willingness to work flexible hours if required. 
5. Tender Executive –
   • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Administration, Commerce, or any recognized discipline from a recognized University Minimum 2-5 years of experience in tender management, procurement. 
   • Experience in handling Government, PSU, or e-Procurement tenders will be preferred Experience in preparing technical and financial bids, comparative statements, and contract documentation. 
6. RPTO Instructor – 
   • DGCA-certified drone pilot. 1+ years of experience in training or drone piloting. Strong technical knowledge of UAV operations.
7. Supervisor – 
   • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any relevant field. 
   • Experience in control room operations, monitoring, supervision, or related roles preferred. 
   • Strong communication and coordination skills. 
   • Familiarity with operational systems, reporting tools, and operational software. 
   • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively. 
   • Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
8. Cook – 
   • Experience in cooking for offices, hostels, institutions, or catering services preferred. 
   • Knowledge of South Indian and North Indian cooking preferred. 
   • Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. 
   • Strong organizational skills. 
   • Physically fit and able to work in kitchen environments. 
   • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
9. House Keeping – 
   • Prior experience in housekeeping or office maintenance preferred.
   • Knowledge of methods, materials, and hygiene practices. 
   • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning maintenance activities. 
   • Good discipline, punctuality, and responsibility. 
   • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
   • Willingness to work flexible timings if required.
10. RPTO Supervisor –
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science / Management or any discipline from a recognized University. 
    • Preferably with a background in Aerospace, Aviation, Electronics, Mechanical, or similar fields. 
    • Must have completed DGCA-recognized Remote Pilot Instructor course or familiar with RPTO procedures. 
    • Knowledge of DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR) related to RPTO operations. 
    • Minimum 2-3 years in aviation/drone industry or similar supervisory role. 
    • Experience working with an RPTO or drone training setup preferred. 
    • Strong coordination, administrative, and reporting skills. 
    • Understanding of aviation safety protocols, documentation, and RPTO guidelines. 
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools and digital record-keeping. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
