IOL Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for IOL: 

• Junior Project Engineer (Chemical)
  • First class 60% (Sixty Percentage) (Sixty Percentage) Marks full time regular B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry from an accredited University with Minimum 05 years post qualification concerned experience.
• Junior Project Engineer (Electrical)
  • Candidate should have completed full time regular 03 years Diploma Holders in Engineering in the trades of Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Plant Maintenance Engineering only with minimum 60% (Sixty Percentage) marks. Diploma should be from an accredited University with Minimum 05 years post qualification concerned work experience.
• Junior Project Engineer (Electronics)
  • Candidate should have completed full time regular 03 years Diploma Holders in Engineering in the trades of Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Industrial Electronics & Instrumentation only with minimum 60% (Sixty Percentage) marks. Diploma should be from an accredited University with Minimum 05 years post qualification concerned work experience.
• Junior Project Engineer (Mechanical)
  • Candidate should have completed full time regular 03 years Diploma Holders in Engineering in the trades of Mechanical, Production & Mechatronics only with minimum 60% (Sixty Percentage) marks. Diploma should be from an accredited University with Minimum 05 years post qualification concerned work experience.
• Junior Project Engineer (Optics & Coating)
  • First class (60% (Sixty Percentage) marks) full time regular B.Sc. Degree with Physics and Mathematics both as major subjects from an accredited University with Minimum 05 years post qualification concerned experience. 

Age Limit for IOL: (As on 06.10.2026)

1. Junior Project Engineer – 18 – 35 years

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• +5 Years for ST/SC  
• +3 Years for OBC (NCL)  
• Persons with Disabilities candidate:
  • +10 Years for UR  
  • +13 Years for OBC (NCL)  
  • +15 Years for ST/SC
