RITES Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Assistant Manager (Mechanical-I) – 
  • Qualification: Full Time Diploma /B.Tech (Mechanical)
  • Experience: 
    • Diploma Holders- Minimum 08 years of experience in QA/QC/Testing (destructive/Nondestructive), preferably in steel plants and rolling, forging or casting industries. 
    • Degree Holders- Minimum 02 years of experience in QA/QC/Testing (destructive/Nondestructive), preferably in steel plants and rolling, forging or casting industries.
• Assistant Manager (Mechanical-II) – 
  • Qualification: Full Time Diploma /B.Tech (Mechanical) with ASNT / ISNT Level-II in UT.
  • ​ Experience: 
    • Diploma Holders- Minimum 08 years of experience in QA/QC/Testing (destructive/Nondestructive), preferably in steel plants and rolling, forging or casting industries. 
    • Degree Holders- Minimum 02 years of experience in QA/QC/Testing (destructive/Nondestructive), preferably in steel plants and rolling, forging or casting industries.
• Assistant Manager (Mechanical-III) – 
  • Qualification: Full Time Diploma /B.Tech (Mechanical) with ASNT / ISNT Level-II in MPT.
  • Experience: 
    • Diploma Holders– Minimum 08 years of experience in QA/QC/Testing (destructive/Nondestructive), preferably in steel plants and rolling, forging or casting industries. 
    • Degree Holders- Minimum 02 years of experience in QA/QC/Testing (destructive/Nondestructive), preferably in steel plants and rolling, forging or casting industries.

Age Limit: (As on 20.11.2026)
