The Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited has officially announced a massive 2026 recruitment Notification to fill 326 Apprentices vacancies. The applicants satisfying the requisite qualification may apply through ONLINE MODE only, Apply Online on the official Web-site of this RCFL i.e. https://www.rcfltd.com/.

Eligible candidates with qualifications 12th, Diploma, B.Sc, BA, BBA, Any Degree can apply online. Candidates should note that the primary Job locations for these posts are Thal (District Raigad) and Trombay (Chembur, Mumbai). Educational Qualification for RCFL: 

1. Accounts Executive – B.Com, BBA/Graduation with Economics ,Basic knowledge of computer operations and English is mandatory.
2. Secretarial Assistant – Any Graduate (Under Graduate), Basic knowledge of computer operations and English is mandatory.
3. Recruitment Executive (HR) – Any Graduate (Under Graduate), Basic knowledge of computer operations and English is mandatory.
4. Diploma Chemical – Diploma in Chemical Engineering
5. Diploma Civil – Diploma in Civil Engineering
6. Diploma Computer – Diploma in Computer Engineering
7. Diploma Electrical – Diploma in Electrical Engineering
8. Diploma Instrumentation – Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
9. Diploma Mechanical – Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
10. Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) – B.Sc Degree with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (Chemistry as a major subject).
11. Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant) – B.Sc. Degree with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (Physics as a major subject).

Note: To be eligible, candidates must possess the passing certificate or final year mark sheet for the required qualification issued on or after 01.07.2023. The minimum required percentage will be calculated based on either the aggregate of the last two semesters or the final year performance.
