No. CSL/CMSRU/GEN/PROP & APPR/MANPOWER ON CONTRACT/2025/92 dated 14 October 2026) to fill 03 Fabrication Assistant (Welder), Outfit Assistant -Fitter (Pipe) – Plumber), Mooring & Scaffolding Assistant vacancies. CMSRU Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: 

• Fabrication Assistant (Welder) – 
  • Essential: Pass in SSLC and ITI –NTC (National Trade Certificate) in the trade of welder. Minimum of three years post qualification experience / training in the relevant trade. 
  • Desirable: – 1. Good communication skills and working knowledge in Hindi/Marathi. 2. Experience in MIG (CO2) welding.
• Outfit Assistant -Fitter (Pipe) – Plumber) – 
  • Essential: Pass in SSLC and ITI –NTC (National Trade Certificate) in the trade of Fitter Pipe/ Plumber. Minimum of three years post qualification experience / training in the relevant trade. 
  • Desirable: – Possess strong communication skills along with operational proficiency in Hindi or Marathi.
• Mooring & Scaffolding Assistant – 
  • Essential: Pass in SSLC with minimum of three years post qualification experience/training in general structural /mooring/ scaffolding / rigging works. The experience shall be relaxable by one year for ITI (NTC) holders in the trade of Sheet Metal Worker/ Fitter Pipe (Plumber) /Fitter. 
  • Desirable:- Possess strong communication skills along with operational proficiency in Hindi or Marathi.

Age Limit: (As on 12.11.2026)

1. Fabrication Assistant (Welder) – shall not exceed 45 years
2. Outfit Assistant -Fitter (Pipe) – Plumber) – ​​shall not exceed 45 years
3. Mooring & Scaffolding Assistant – shall not exceed 45 years

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• +5 Years for ST/SC  
• +3 Years for OBC (NCL)  
• Persons with Disabilities candidate:
  • +10 Years for UR  
  • +13 Years for OBC (NCL)  
  • +15 Years for ST/SC

Pay Scale:

1. Fabrication Assistant (Welder) – First Year Rs.23,300/-, Second Year- Rs. 24,000/-, Third Year – Rs.24,800/-
2. Outfit Assistant -Fitter (Pipe) – Plumber) – First Year – Rs.23,300/-, Second Year – Rs.24,000/-, Third Year – Rs.24,800/-
3. Mooring & Scaffolding Assistant – First Year – Rs.22,100/-, Second Year – Rs.22,800/-, Third Year – Rs.23,400/-
