Karur DHS Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for Karur DHS: 

1. Ayush Medical Officer (Siddha) – Minimum Bachelor Degree – BSMS from recognized university with proper Registration
2. Dispenser (Homeopathy) – Diploma in Pharmacy (Homeopathy/ Diploma in Integrated pharmacy conducted by the Government of TamilNadu.
3. Dispenser (SIDDHA) – Diploma in Pharmacy (Siddha/Diploma in Integrated pharmacy conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
4. Female Therapeutic Assistant – Integrated Diploma in Nursing Therapy (Ayush)
5. Multipurpose Hospital Worker (Siddha &Yoga & Naturopathy) – Must be able to read and write well in Tamil.
6. Audiologist (National Programme for Prevention and Control of Deafness – NPPCD) – Bachelor Degree in Audiology and Speech Language pathology/ B.Sc (Speech and Hearing)
7. Radiographer (MCH & GH’s) – Diploma in Radio Diagnostics Technology (or) B.Sc., Radiography in Recognized Institution
8. Radiographer (NTEP) – Diploma in Radio Diagnostics Technology (or) B.Sc., Radiography in Recognized Institution
9. Radiographer (NTEP)- Mobile X Ray Van – Diploma in Radio Diagnostics Technology (or) B.Sc., Radiography in Recognized Institution
10. Occupational Therapist (DEIC-One Stop Centre) – Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized University.
11. Counselor (Integrated Counselling and Testing Center) – Graduate degree holder in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/Human development
12. Lab Technician (Integrated Counselling and Testing Center) – The LT should hold at minimum a Diploma in Medical laboratory Technology (DMLT) from State Government approved institution.
13. MTM – Health Inspector (Grade – II) – 1)12th with Biology/ Botany and Zoology 2)Must have passed Tamil Language as a subject SSLC level 3)Must Possess two years for Multipurpose Health Worker(Male)/Health Inspector/ Sanitary Inspector Course training/ offered by recognized private institution/ Trust / Universities/Deemed Universities including Gandhigram Rural institute training course certificate granted by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.
14. Staff Nurses (RCH &NCD) – Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM) or B.Sc., Nursing form the Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
15. UHN – Certificate of ANM Qualification from Government or Government Approved Private ANM School which is recognized by Indian Nursing Council and Registration Certificate issued by the TN Nurses and Midwives Council.
16. Lab Technician (Grade III) – (New UPHC) – Diploma in MLT
17. Security (National Mental Health Act) – 8th Pass / Fail.
18. Social Worker (National Mental Health Act) – M.A Social Work(Social Work Medical and Psychiatry) with six months training at identified institutions
19. Medical Officer (Urban Health and Wellness Centre) – MBBS Degree awarded by a university or Institution Recognised by the UGC for the purpose of its grants. The courses must have been approved by the Medical Council of India/NMC. Should have registered with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council.
