The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) has officially announced a massive 2026 recruitment Notification (Advt. No. R-02/2026) to fill 11 Assistant (Group B), Junior Assistant (Group C), Junior Accountant (Group C) vacancies. IIM Kozhikode Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: 

• Assistant (Group B) – 
  • Qualification: Graduation in any discipline. 
  • Experience: – 6 years of relevant office clerical experience in Pay Level 5 (₹29,200–₹92,300); OR – 8 years of combined relevant office clerical experience in Pay Levels 4 and 5 for Government/Autonomous Institution employees. – Equivalent relevant service and pay for non-government employees working in offices or on a contract basis may also be considered.
• Junior Assistant (Group C) – 
  • Qualification: Graduation in any discipline. 
  • Experience: – 5 years of relevant office clerical experience in Pay Level 3 (₹21,700–₹69,100); OR – 8 years of relevant office clerical experience in Pay Level 2 (₹19,900–₹63,200) for Government/Autonomous Institution employees. – Equivalent relevant service and pay for candidates from non-government offices or contract positions may also be considered.
• Junior Accountant (Group C) – 
  • Qualification: B.Com / BBA / Inter-CA / Inter-ICWA 
  • Experience: – 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Pay Level 3 (₹21,700–₹69,100) for Government/Autonomous Institution employees. – Equivalent relevant service and pay may be considered for candidates who worked in non-government offices or on a contract basis, subject to the notification’s conditions. – For equivalent experience, 5 years in Pay Level 3 is specified.
