IFFCO Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Four Years B.Sc. (Agriculture) Full Time Regular Graduate from a University / Institute accredited by the UGC / AICTE.
- Eligibility General / OBC candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% marks, and SC / ST candidates a minimum of 55% marks, in the B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree.
- Applicants possessing a CGPA grade are required to convert it to a percentage when completing the online application.
- Applicants are required to be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the regional language of the state to which they are applying.
- Knowing extra languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of Hindi is desirable.

- Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT) – 30 years
Relaxation of Upper age limit:
- +5 Years for ST/SC
- +3 Years for OBC (NCL)
Pay Scale:
- Under current organizational regulations, selected trainees receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 33,300/-.
- Upon completing the one-year training period successfully and depending on IFFCO’s requirements, AGTs can be absorbed with a starting basic salary of Rs. 37,000/- per month within the regular Pay Scale of Rs. 37,000 – 70,000, along with applicable organizational benefits and allowances.
