Erode DHS Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:Â
- Medical Officer (HWC) – MBBS Degree (upto 40 years)
- Tuberculosis Health Visitor (NTEP) – a).Graduate in Science (OR) b). Intermediate (10 + 2 ) in science and experience of working as MPW / LHV / Auxiliary Nurse Midwife / Health Worker Certificate. (OR) c).Higher course in Health Education / Counselling. (OR) d).Tuberculosis Health visitors accredited the course. e).Certificate course in computer operations (Minimum Two Months).
- Lab Technician (NTEP) – a). Intermediate (10 + 2 ) and Diploma or Certified Course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent. b).1 Year Experience in NTEP or Sputum Smear Microscopy. c).Candidates with Higher Qualification (for Example Graduates) Shall be Preferred.
- Senior Treatment supervisor(STS) – 1.Bachelor’s Degree OR Recognized sanitary inspector’s course -Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course. Govt recognized degree/diploma in Social work or Medical Social work. Successful completion of basic training course (Govt recognized) for Multi-purpose health workers. 2. Certificate course in computer operation (minimum2 months) 3.Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler.
- Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory supervisor (STLS) – 1.Graduate 2. DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory technology) or equivalent from a govt recognized institution. 3. Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler. 4. Certificate course in computer operations (Minimum two months) 5. Minimum one year experience in RNTCP
- Counsellor (ICTC ) – a).Graduate degree in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development or Diploma in Nursing with minimum 3 years of experience in HIV/AIDS. b).In case of those recruited from a community of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS, graduates from any field or diploma in Nursing may be considered if they have minimum 1 year experience in HIV/AIDS.
- Lab Technician (ICTC ) – a). Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)-2 years from state government approved institution only. b).LTs who do not hold DMLT may continue if they have done a certificate course in Medical Laboratory technology and have over 5 years of experience working in ICTC.
- Refrigeration Mechanic – Certificate course in ITI Refrigeration Mechanic & Air-Conditioning with One year experience.
- Security Guard – 8th Standard Pass and Able to read and write
- Data Entry Operator – a)Graduate in any Degree. b) One year diploma in Computer Application. c) Typing speed of 40wpm in English. (Age: Below 40 Years)
- Mid-Level Health Provider – Diploma in GNM / B.Sc (Nursing) (upto 50 years)
- Health Inspector (MTM) – a) Must have passed plus two with Biology or Botany and Zoology. b)Must have passed Tamil Language as a subject in S.S.L.C. level. c). Must possess two Years of Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) /Health Inspector/ Sanitary Inspector Course training (upto 35 years)
- Hospital Worker / Support Staff (UHWC) – Should have studied minimum 8th standard. Must be able to read and write.
- Multi Purpose Hospital Worker – 8th Standard Pass/Able to read and write for Tamil
- Radiographer – B.Sc.Radiography
- Physiotherapist – Bachelor of Physiotherapist (BPT) from any Recognized University
- MMU Driver – ​​10th Pass / LMV Batch
- UPHC Pharmacist – (i).Must have passed +2 Examination with Science Subject. ii) Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy
- ECHO Technician – Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Echocardiography/Echocardiography Technology/Cardiac Care Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution/University, with the prescribed practical training /clinical experience in echocardiography, Preference may be given to candidates having relevant practical experience in echocardiography services in Government or recognized healthcare institutions.
