IoPB Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- Tradesman (Electrical) – SSC/10th with minimum 60% marks OR HSC/12th with Science & Mathematics, together with ITI/Trade Certificate of at least one year duration in Electrician Trade from a Government-accredited Board/Council/ Institute.
- Tradesman (Electrical) – SSC/10th with minimum 60% marks OR HSC/12th with Science & Mathematics, together with ITI/Trade Certificate of at least one year duration in Electrician Trade from a Government-accredited Board/ Council/ Institute.
- Tradesman (Electrical/Electronics) – SSC/10th with minimum 60% marks OR HSC/12th with Science & Mathematics, together with ITI/Trade Certificate of at least one year duration in Electrician/Electronic Trade from a Government-accredited Board/ Council/Institute
- Tradesman (Mechanical /Refrigeration & AirConditioning) – SSC/10th with minimum 60% marks OR HSC/12th with Science & Mathematics, together with ITI/Trade Certificate of at least one year duration in Mechanical/ Refrigeration & Air conditioning Trade from a Government accredited Board/Council/ Institute.
- Tradesman (Mason) – SSC/10th with minimum 60% marks OR HSC/12th with Science & Mathematics, together with ITI Certificate/National or State Trade Certificate of at least one year duration in Mason Trade from a Government-accredited Board/Council/Institute.
- Desirable Qualification / Experience:Â
- Electrical: Lineman (MV) certificate/licence awarded by the Electrical Inspector of a State Government is desirable. Industrial experience in electrical maintenance will be given preference.Â
- Electrical/Electronics: Industrial experience in electrical/electronics maintenance will be given preference.Â
- Mechanical/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning: Sound knowledge/experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems and air compressors will be given preference.Â
- Mason: Relevant experience in institutional/residential/hospital/commercial buildings will be desirable.
