Educational Qualification for NHB:
- General Manager (Information Technology) –
- Qualification: B. Tech / BE in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Experience Profile: Officers in the Rank of Deputy General Manager [TEG Scale VI] and above in Public Sector Banks with minimum 12 years’ post qualification experience in Information Technology Department, and the current posting being in IT Department.
- DGM (Human Resource) –
- Qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR)
- Experience Profile: Officers in the rank of Assistant General Manager [SMG Scale V] and above in Public Sector Banks with minimum 10 years’ post qualification experience in Human Resources Department, and the current posting being in HR Department
- Assistant General Manager (Accounts) –
- Qualification : Chartered Accountant / Cost and Management Accountant / MBA (Finance) or PGDM (Finance)
- Experience Profile: Minimum 12 years post qualification experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks / All India Financial Institutions / Public Sector Undertakings out of which minimum 8 years’ experience in handling corporate taxation, GST, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Balance Sheet, regulatory reporting, and related activities. Candidates must currently serve at Scale IV in Public Sector Banks or other SCBs adhering to the IBA pay scale, Grade C in AIFIs, or E-4 in PSUs. - Experience Profile: Minimum 4 years’ post qualification experience in Human Resource Management in Scheduled Commercial Banks / Housing Finance Companies/ 5 Non-Banking Financial Companies / All India Financial Institutions / Public Sector Undertakings.
- Manager (Legal) –
- Qualification: LLB/LLM
- Experience Profile: Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks / Housing Finance Companies / Non-Banking Financial Companies / law firms in handling title investigation reports, matters related to property laws, SARFAESI, DRT and recovery laws.
- DGM (Company Secretary) –
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree alongside an active Membership with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
- Experience Profile: The candidate must have minimum 12 years’ post qualification experience in Banks / All India Financial Institutions (AIFIs) / Regulated Lending Entities / Public Sector Undertakings / entities listed on Stock Exchanges. Applicants are required to have held the position of Company Secretary or Assistant Company Secretary at some point in their professional tenure.
