Educational Qualification for IOL:
- Consultant (Finance) –
- The Applicants should have retired from a PSU from E-8/ E-9 Grade.
- Academic & Professional Qualification – The Candidates should have passed B. Com/B.Sc /B-Tech/M.Com with good Academic records from a recognised University/ Institution. CA/ CMA/ LLB/ MBA in Finance shall be preferred.
- Experience – The Applicants should have 30 years experience (minimum) in the area of Finance and Accounts.
- Divisional Project Manager (Finance and Account) –
- Applicants must have completed CA from ICAI or CMA from ICMAI. Applicants should be well versed in Financial Management, Indian Accounting Standard / Accounting, Audit, Cost and Budgetary Control, Working Capital Management and Taxation etc. The Applicants should have Minimum 12 years post qualification relevant experience or relevant field of Finance and Accounts Department.
- Senior Project Manager (Finance and Account) –
- Applicants must have completed CA from ICAI or CMA from ICMAI. Applicants should be well versed in Financial Management, Indian Accounting Standard / Accounting, Audit, Cost and Budgetary Control, Working Capital Management and Taxation etc. The Applicants should have Minimum 09 years post qualification relevant experience or relevant field of Finance and Accounts Department.
- Junior Project Manager (Finance and Account) –
- Applicants must have completed B.Com or M.Com from a recognized university or CA (Intermediate) from ICAI or CMA (Intermediate) from ICMAI or CS(Intermediate) from ICSI.
- Experience:
- For B.com – Minimum 08 years Post Qualification experience of the Finance and Accounts Department. Candidates must demonstrate full proficiency in Tally to be considered
- For M.com – Minimum 05 years Post Qualification experience of Finance and Account Department. Candidates must demonstrate full proficiency in Tally to be considered
