Educational Qualification for TNIDB:
- Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Engineering, and other related degrees
- Proficiency in Data analysis tools
- Data analysis: Strong skillset in MS Excel/Google sheets and Python/ R/ STATA for data analysis and visualization
- Data 3 Visualisation: Good knowledge in PowerBI/Tableau/ Google Looker Studio for Dashboard preferred
- Presentation:
- Ability to make presentable slides using Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides.
- Familiarity and Experience in working with AI tools for data extraction, presentation, synthesis, literature review etc., are preferred
- Knowledge of Remote sensing tools (ArcGIS / QGIS) – preferred ○ Knowledge of any other productivity tools is a bonus
- Experience & Expertise
- 3-5 years of proven experience in projects/ assignments related to Government/ semi-government/ Government Consulting/ non-profit Advisory roles is preferred ○ Experienced in policy-related primary and secondary research, with significant usage of large data-sets and data-analysis tools
- Experienced in dealing with stakeholders of governance at various levels or have worked in Government related projects.
- Assisted or have independently written high-quality reports and presentations ○ Travelled to field sites, interacted/ interviewed focus groups, conducted meetings and trainings
