Educational Qualification for PNB: (As on 05.05.2026)
- Officer – Civil Engineer –
- Educational Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with 60% marks or any other qualification recognized by Governemnt of India as equivalent to B.E./ B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Post Qualification Work Experience: A minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field (Civil Engineering) in construction, renovation, retrofitting, interior furnishing, and maintenance of commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, and administrative buildings, with exposure to monitoring civil work of construction projects, preparing estimates, verifying contractor bills, etc.
- Officer – Electrical Engineer –
- Educational Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University with 60% marks or any other qualification recognized by Governemnt of India as equivalent to B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Post Qualification Work Experience: A minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field (Electrical Engineering) in the construction, renovation, retrofitting, interior furnishing, and maintenance of commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, and administrative buildings, or experience installing, handling, and maintaining all electromechanical equipment, including UPSs, generators, energy-saving devices, starters, motors, control panels, HT-LT, switch gears, cabling, water pumps, air conditioning equipment, lifts, etc.
- Officer – Mechanical Engineer –
- Educational Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University with 60% marks or any other qualification recognized by Governemnt of India as equivalent to B.E./ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Post Qualification Work Experience: A minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in the appropriate field (mechanical engineering) in the construction, renovation, retrofitting, interior furnishing, and maintenance of commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, and administrative buildings All electromechanical equipment, including UPSs, generators, energy-saving devices, starters, motors, control panels, HT-LT, switch gears, cabling, water pumps, air conditioning equipment, lifts, etc., must be installed, handled, and maintained.

Scheme of Examination:
There will be a total of 200 questions divided into the section Reasoning (25 questions), English Language (25 questions), Quantitative Aptitude (50 questions), Professional Knowledge (50 questions). For each wrong answer given by the candidate, one fourth of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. Each question is followed by 4 Choices. The candidate should choose only once choice and submit the same.
