• Assistant Vice President II (Group Head) – 
  • Qualification: Graduation in any Discipline from a University Recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. Bodies/AICTE 
  • Preferred qualification: 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management, MBA(Finance/Marketing/Banking) from a recognized University or Institution, CFP, CFA or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of postqualification experience as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management/ Investment Advisory/Portfolio Management with Public Banks / Private Banks / Foreign Banks / Broking Firms / Security Firms/ Asset Management Companies or in Financial Services Sector out of which minimum 5 years as Team Lead for Relationship Managers.
• Assistant Vice President II (Head Investment) – 
  • Qualification: Graduation in any Discipline from a University Recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. Bodies/AICTE
  • Certifications: Any of NISM V A/ NISM V D / NISM XIII/NISM Series XX-I-A 
  • Preferred qualification: 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management, MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking) from a recognized University or Institution, CFP, CFA or equivalent qualifications. 
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Direct investment-related roles, in Wealth Management/ Investment Advisory/Portfolio Management with Public Banks / Private Banks / Foreign Banks / Broking Firms / Security Firms/ Asset Management Companies or in Financial Services Sector out of which minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior leadership role (Handling Product – Mutual Funds, SIF, AIF and PMS, Research and Advisory, Regulatory / SEBI compliance, Business Development etc).
• Assistant Vice President I (Territory Head) – 
  • Qualification: Graduation in any Discipline from a University Recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. Bodies/AICTE
