Bank of Baroda Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: (As on 01.10.2026)

• Chief Technology Officer (Dy. CTO) – 
  • Qualification: Engineering Graduate or MCA or Equivalent Qualification from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant areas, the candidate should have worked in areas involving Digital Platforms, application and software development, DevOps/DevSecOps. Cyber security, data & analytics, AI, automation, API integration or any relevant areas. Out of which a minimum 3 years of experience at Senior Management / Leadership level in relevant technology domains 
  • Desirable: Candidates having experience in BFSI sector will be given preference.
• Head AI – 
  • Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech. in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ any relevant field Or MCA 
  • Preferred: Master Degree in Relevant Field and Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI technologies
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of Technical and IT experience out of which 06 years post qualification experience in artificial intelligence, natural language processing and content analysis
• Dy. Head Cloud CoE (Centre of Excellence) – 
  • Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electrical & Electronics. OR MCA
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of Technical and IT experience out of which at least 5 years’ experience in the field of cloud computing
• Dy. Head Platform Engineering – 
  • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology / Electronics & Tele Communication / Electrical & Electronics OR MCA
  • Experience:  Minimum 10 years of Technical and IT experience with preferably 5 years’ experience in the field of cloud computing
