- Regional Security Officer (RSO) –
- Educational Qualifications:
- Experienced Candidates with valid BCAS Basic AVSEC (13 Day’s new pattern) Certificate:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Stream (at least 3 years of study) from an accredited university, with proficiency in English, Hindi, and the regional language.A valid BCAS Basic AVSEC certificate (newest pattern) with at least 3 months of validity as of December 01, 2026, is MANDATORY.
- Preferable:
- Possession of a valid BCAS Certified XBIS Screener credential
- Proficiency in fire fighting
- Knowledge in industrial security
- Knowledge in disaster management
- Knowledge of unarmed combat
- Legal Knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Word /Internet
- NCC”B/C” Certificate.

- Requires at least 5 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
