AIESL has released the recruitment notification No: AIESL/HR-HQ/2026/532 to fill the 06 Senior Executive Finance, Executive Finance Level-II Posts. The application form should be downloaded in PDF format from the official website @ https://aiesl.in/. The last date for the receipt of Filled application along with all enclosures is 06.10.2026. AIESL Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for AIESL: 

1. Senior Executive Finance – Candidate should be a CA/ICWA with a minimum of 10 years or more of post-qualification experience in finance functions (excluding article ship).
2. Executive Finance Level-II – Candidate should be Inter CA / Inter ICWA / MBA (Finance) from a recognized university with a minimum of 08 years or more of post-qualification experience in finance functions (excluding article ship).

Age Limit for AIESL: (As on 01.09.2026)

1. Senior Executive Finance – Maximum 62 years
2. Executive Finance Level-II – Minimum 28 years

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• +5 Years for ST/SC  
• +3 Years for OBC (NCL)  
• Persons with Disabilities candidate:
  • +10 Years for UR  
  • +13 Years for OBC (NCL)  
  • +15 Years for ST/SC
• For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy

Pay Scale for AIESL:

1. Senior Executive Finance – Rs.1,30,000/-
2. Executive Finance Level-II – Rs.1,12,000/-
