NCRA Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for NCRA:
- Essential Qualification: (a) Post Graduate in Management / Administration from a recognised University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks OR Graduate from recognised University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks and Diploma / Degree/Certificate course in Management or Administration. (b) Knowledge of Rules and Guidelines for General Administration & Finance followed by Central Government / Central Autonomous organisations. (c) Proficiency in use of personal computers and its applications.
- Essential Experience: (i) 10 years’ experience in Level 9 or (ii) 7 years’ experience in Level 10 or higher, with equivalent TME
- Desirable: (a) Experience of leading a team of (say ~10) junior colleagues. (b) Detailed knowledge about handling Finance, Budget, GeM, GFR related works, Legal, etc.
