TNSRLM Madurai Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for TNSRLM Madurai:
- Must have passed the 12th standard. Must be able to read and write well in both Tamil and English, and possess basic mathematical calculation skills. Age Limit:
- Must be a female member of a Self-Help Group (SHG) affiliated with the Panchayat-level Federation (PLF). Must have worked as an SHG animator/facilitator for a minimum of 2 years.
- The person selected for the role of Community Bank Coordinator must not be working as a community-based organization staff member or as a full-time employee in any private company.
- Must not be a member of a group that has non-performing assets (NPA) / overdue loans.
- It is mandatory that the candidate to be selected belongs to the respective Panchayat (or Panchayats) where they will serve.
- Must belong to the target group identified through the People’s Status Survey (PIP). (In case eligible target group candidates do not apply, other applicants may be considered).
- Must possess good communication skills. It is mandatory to have experience visiting banks, handling transactions, and filling out loan applications.
- Computer skills and a valid two-wheeler driving license are mandatory. It is also essential to have the ability to send text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp messages, as well as operate applications on an Android smartphone.
