MOIL Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for MOIL:

  1. Graduate Trainee (Mines) – B.E/B. Tech in Mining or equivalent from an accredited University/Institute with minimum Sixty Percentage marks. In order to become a second-class mine manager during the probationary term, the candidate must provide a copy of their DGMS application, a valid gas test and first aid certificate, and one year of work experience.
  2. Graduate Trainee (Mechanical) – B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical or equivalent from an accredited University/Institute with minimum Sixty Percentage marks.
  3. Graduate Trainee (Electrical) – B.E/B. Tech in Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics /Power/ Electronics and Telecommunications or equivalent from an accredited University/Institute with minimum Sixty Percentage marks.
  4. Graduate Trainee (Chemical) – B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from recognized University/Institute with minimum Sixty Percentage marks
  5. Management Trainee (Geology) – Post Graduate in Geology/ Applied Geology with minimum Sixty Percentage marks
  6. Graduate Trainee (Process) Chemical – B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited University/Institute with minimum Sixty Percentage marks.
  7. Graduate Trainee (Process) Metallurgy – B.E/B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited University/Institute with minimum Sixty Percentage marks.
  8. Graduate Trainee (Process) MineralProcessing – M. Tech in Mineral Processing or equivalent from an accredited University/Institute with minimum Sixty Percentage marks.
  9. Management Trainee (Materials/Con tract Mgmt) – Engineering Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil discipline from an accredited university/Institute with minimum Sixty Percentage marks. (OR) Two years MBA/Post Graduate diploma(2 years) in Management in Production / Operations/ Materials / Logistics / Supply Chain Management from University/Institute recognized by UGC/AICTE with minimum Sixty Percentage marks.
  10. Management Trainee (Systems) – BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Science Engineering/Computer Science & Information Technology/Information Technology or MCA from an accredited University/Institute with minimum Sixty Percentage marks.
  11. Management Trainee (Personnel /Welfare) – P.G. Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with minimum Sixty Percentage marks. Or P.G.Degree/Diploma (2 years duration) in IRPM/Master in Labour Studies from the recognized University/Institute with minimum Sixty Percentage marks. Or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management /HR/HRD from recognized University/Institute with minimum Sixty Percentage marks. 2. Preference will be given to Law Graduate.
  12. Management Trainee (Marketing) – Master of Business Administration)(Full Time (MBA) in Marketing/Foreign Trade or minimum 2 years (Full Time) P.G. Diploma in Marketing Management /Foreign Trade from an accredited University /Institute with minimum Sixty Percentage marks. Or Engineering Graduate (Full Time) with PG Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Foreign Trade with minimum Sixty Percentage marks.
  13. Manager (Survey) – 1.Graduate from an accredited university/ Institute with minimum Sixty Percentage marks. 2. Certificate of Competency for Surveyors (Unrestricted) A minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in underground mining surveys, with two years of experience (one year for internal candidates) in immediate lower scale (IDA), or between Rs. 40,000 and Rs. 140,000 or equivalent (CDA) The minimum annual CTC for candidates from the private sector should be Rs. 9.70 lakh.
