TNSRLM Theni Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for TNSRLM Theni:
- Must have passed the 12th standard. Must possess good reading and writing skills in Tamil and English, along with basic mathematical calculation skills.
- In hilly areas, if individuals who have passed the 12th standard are not available, those who have passed the 10th standard alongside other required qualifications may be considered eligible, subject to special approval from the District Collector.
- Must be a female member of a Self-Help Group (SHG) affiliated with the Panchayat Level Federation (PLF).
- Must have actively worked as an SHG animator for a minimum period of 2 years.
- The individual selected for the position of Community Bank Coordinator must not be an employee of a community-based organization or a full-time employee in private institutions.
- Must not be a member of a group that has defaults/dues outstanding.
- It is essential that the member to be selected belongs to the respective Village Panchayat (or Village Panchayats) where they will be working.
- Candidates must belong to the target population identified by the Participatory Identification of Poor (PIP) / (“People’s Status Survey”). (If no candidates from the target population with the requisite qualifications apply, other applicants may be considered.)
- In tribal settlements located in hilly areas, if a qualified female member as mentioned above is not available, a male member may be selected with the special approval of the District Collector.
- Candidates must possess good communication skills.
- It is essential to have experience visiting banks to conduct transactions and filling out loan applications.
- Preference will be given to those who possess computer skills and a valid two-wheeler driving license with the ability to ride a two-wheeler.
- It is mandatory to own an Android smartphone, with the ability to operate it to send text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp messages, as well as the skill to handle mobile applications.
