- Assistant –

- Stenographer Grade – III –
- Essential: 12th Std pass
- Professional Efficiency: One dictation exam in either Tamil or English will be administered to the candidates for ten minutes at 80 words per minute. Candidates who choose to take the test in Tamil must use a computer to transcribe the content in 65 minutes, while those who choose to take the test in English must do it in 50 minutes.
- Driver –
- Essential: (i) Matriculation pass qualification from an accredited board; (ii) Possession of a valid and appropriate driving license from prescribed Government Authority (the candidate will have to pass the practical skill test to be taken by an appropriate committee of Institute/ University).
- Desirable: (i) One year trade certificate in the relevant field from ITI; or (ii) Experience of Driving in an accredited institution; or (iii) Experience of Motor Mechanic work. (iv) Possession of LMV driving licence.
- Skilled support staff – I –
- Essential: Matriculation or equivalent pass or ITI pass.
- Desirable: (i) One year experience in an accredited institution or firm.
