Educational Qualification for RCF:
- Office/General Assistant (Level-1 (G. P. 1800))-
- Educational Qualification: 10th Pass OR ITI OR equivalent OR NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) granted by NCVT
- Technician-III (Level-2 (G. P. 1900)) –
- Educational Qualification: 10th Pass OR 10th Pass plus Course completed Act Apprentice/ITI certificate granted by NCVT in relevant trades.
- Senior Clerk – Typist (Level- 4/5(G. P. 2400/2800)) –
- Educational Qualification: Degree from Recognized University or its equivalents. Typing proficiency in English/Hindi on the computer is Essential.

- Technician-III – 18 – 25 years
