Educational Qualification for Pawan Hans:
- Assistant (HR&A) – Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institution with three Years of post-qualification experience in relevant field OR MBA / PG Degree / two Years Diploma in HR (Human Resources)/ HRM/ HRD/ PM & IR) with one-year post qualification experience in concerned field.
- Junior Engineer (Civil) – Diploma in Civil Engineering from Recognized Institute/University with minimum 05 (five) Years post qualification experience of working in preparation of estimate/Bill of Quantity (BoQ), Tender for Repair & Maintenance work. Civil Maintenance of large buildings, Malls, Metro Stations, High Rise Apartments etc. and also knowledge of computer is preferable.
- Quality Assistant – Diploma in AME/Aeronautical/BSC in Aviation with 03 Years of aviation experience in Quality CAR-145
- Assistant (CAMO) – Diploma in AME/Aeronautical/BSC in Aviation with 03 Years of aviation experience in CAMO
- Assistant (HR&A) – Graduation from a recognized University/Institution with three Years post qualification experience in relevant field OR Graduation with two Years Diploma in IR&PM with one-year post qualification experience in relevant field.
- Station-in-Charge – Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institute with three Years post qualification relevant experience OR P.G. Degree/Two Years Diploma in Marketing/Finance/Aviation or equivalent with one-year post qualification relevant experience.
- Trainee Technician – Diploma in Mechanical/ Aeronautical/ Electronics/ Electricals/Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation from a recognized University/Institution. OR AME Course from a DGCA recognized Institute OR Aircraft Engineering Maintenance Course in B1.3 or B2 Category from a DGCA recognized Institute.
