   • Qualification: Full time, First Class Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electronics/ EEE Engineering with M.Tech /MS in Design from a recognized University/ Institution. 
   • Desirable: Certification in Project Management.
   • Post Qualification Experience: 25 years
2. CGM (Gr-IX) (Head Armoured Business) – 
   • Qualification: Brigadier from Indian Army with a Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution or its equivalent from Indian Army. 
   • Desirable: PG degree / diploma in technology / management (especially Armoured vehicle technology).
   • Post Qualification Experience: 21 years
3. CGM (Gr-IX)- (Head Engine R&D) – 
   • Qualification: Full time, First Class Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University / Institution.
