BSNL Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for BSNL: 

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) MBA (Finance) /PG Diploma in Management (Finance) from a recognized University/Institution 
• Experience: Applicants must possess a minimum of 15 years of professional experience following their qualification, specifically within the Finance and Accounts sector at an Executive or Management level. This background must include at least 5 years in a Senior Managerial or Executive capacity, such as Deputy General Manager (DGM) or higher, within listed entities or high-turnover organizations. Furthermore, candidates are required to demonstrate that these firms maintained an average three-year turnover of at least Rs. 3000 Crores, verified through audited financial records or other reliable documentation.

Age Limit for BSNL: (As on 24.06.2026)

1. General Managers (Finance & Accounts) – 50 Years

Relaxation of Upper age limit:
