NMNH Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for NMNH:
- Artist –
- Essential: Diploma in Painting or Commercial Art or Fine Art or Applied Art from a recognized University or Institution; and Two years’ experience in painting foregrounds, backgrounds, making charts, maps, lettering, etc.
- Desirable: Basic knowledge of computer
- Modeller / Exhibit Preparator –
- Essential: Diploma in Modelling or Sculpture from a recognized institution; and Two years’ experience in Exhibit Preparation (including preparation of Models or Casts etc. in a recognized Museum or Institution).
- Desirable: Experience in preparation of scale models Experience in preparation of dioramas Knowledge of computer
- Projectionist –
- Essential: 12th class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University; Cinema Operator’s Licence or Certificate from a recognized Institution or Government Organisation to operate cinematographic machines in 35mm, 16mm and Digital Multimedia Projectors; and Three years’ experience of handling all types of projectors mentioned above, films, audio visuals, etc.
- Desirable: Knowledge of operation of multimedia digital projectors Ability to undertake minor repairs to projection equipment
- Electrician –
- Essential: Matriculation from a recognized Board. Diploma in Electrician’s Trade from a recognized vocational Institute. Should possess Electrical Supervisory Certificate of competency. Three years’ experience in erection and running maintenance of different types of both High Tension and Low Tension electrical installations including underground cable system. Ability to read wiring diagrams.
