- Qualification:
- Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline from Government recognized University/Institution. Minimum Percentage of marks: 60% AND MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Marketing/Finance or both) or its equivalent from a recognized university/college. (Institutions recognized/approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC).
- Experience:
- Mandatory: 1 years of experience required.
- Preferred: Experience in BFSI sector.
- Specific Skills: Scenario research, business projections, case studies, market scanning, analysis of competitors’ strengths and weaknesses in MNC, BFSI, corporate, etc., should all be possible. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. competence with the Microsoft Office suite, as well as communication and presentation skills.

- Business Analyst – Minimum: 21 years; Maximum: 27 years
