Educational Qualification for Mormugao Port:
- Executive Engineer (civil)
- Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering from an accredited University/ Institution.
- Five years experience in executive cadre in Planning/ Construction/ Design/ Maintenance preferably of Port and Marine Structures in an Industrial/ Commercial / Government Undertaking
- Trainee Pilot
- Essential: Must hold a Certificate of Competency as Master of foreign going ship issued by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Govt. of India or an equivalent qualification accredited by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Govt. of India.
- Experience: One year post qualification experience as Master/Chief Officer of Foreign going ship.
- DY.Chief Engineer
- Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering from an accredited University/ Institution.
- Twelve years experience in executive cadre in Planning/ Construction/ Design Maintenance preferably of Port and Marine Structures in an Industrial/Commercial/ Government Undertaking
- SR.DY.Secretary
- Essential:- (I) A degree from a recognized University. (ii) Twelve years experience in executive cadre in the field of personnel, Industrial Relations, General Administration etc. in an Industrial/ Commercial/Govt. Undertaking.
- Desirable: PG Degree/diploma in Social Work /Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management/Industrial Relations or allied subjects or degree in Law from an accredited University/Institution.
