Educational Qualification for DRDO DIHAR:
- Junior Research Fellows –
- Essential Qualification:- B.Tech in first division with valid GATE score “or” M.Tech in first division at both Graduate and Post-graduate level
- Research Associate –
- Essential Qualification:- 03 years of research, teaching or design & development experience after M.Tech with at least one research paper in SCI journal
Age Limit for DRDO DIHAR: (As on 24.02.2026)
- Junior Research Fellows – 28 years
- Research Associate – 35 years
Relaxation of Upper age limit:
- For SC/ ST Applicants: +5 years
- For OBC Applicants: +3 years
