Educational Qualification for NSIC: (As on 16.11.2025)

  1. General Manager (E-5) –
    • Qualification: 1st Class Graduate with Sixty Percentage marks (with Five Percentage relaxation in marks to PwBD/SC/ST) and with Two years MBA (1st Class with minimum Sixty Percentage marks, Five Percentage relaxation in marks to PwBD/SC/ST) – with specialization in Marketing or Finance from a recognized University or institution. Or CA/ CMA. 
    • Post Qualification Experience : 15 years
  2. Deputy General Manager (E-4) –
    • Qualification: 1st Class B.E. / B. Tech degree with minimum Sixty Percentage marks (with Five Percentage relaxation in marks to PwBD/SC/ST) in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication from a recognized University or institution. 
    • PQ Experience : 12 years
  1. Chief Manager (E-3) –
    • Qualification: 1st Class B.E. / B. Tech degree with minimum Sixty Percentage marks (with Five Percentage relaxation in marks to PwBD/SC/ST) in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Information Technology /Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized University or institution. 
    • Post Qualification Experience : 9 years
  1. Chief Manager (E-3) –
    • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost Accountant (CMA) or 1st Class Graduate in Commerce with minimum Sixty Percentage marks (with Five Percentage relaxation in marks to PwBD/SC/ST) along with Two years MBA (1st Class with minimum Sixty Percentage marks, Five Percentage relaxation in marks to PwBD/SC/ST) – with specialization in Finance from a recognized university or institution. 
    • Post Qualification Experience : 9 years
  1. Manager (E-2) –
    • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost Accountant (CMA) or 1st Class Graduate in Commerce with minimum Sixty Percentage marks (with Five Percentage relaxation in marks to PwBD/SC/ST) along with Two years MBA (1st Class with minimum Sixty Percentage marks, Five Percentage relaxation in marks to PwBD/SC/ST) – with specialization in Finance from a recognized university or institution. 
    • Post Qualification Experience : 05 years
  1. Deputy Manager (E-1) – 
    • Qualification:
    • Human Resource: 1st Class Bachelor Degree with minimum Sixty Percentage marks (with Five Percentage relaxation in marks to PwBD/SC/ST) and Two years MBA (1st Class with Sixty Percentage marks, Five Percentage relaxation in marks to PwBD/SC/ST) with specialization in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labour Welfare, from a recognized university or institution. 
    • Business Development: 1st Class Graduate with Sixty Percentage marks (with Five Percentage relaxation in marks to PwBD/SC/ST) and with Two years MBA (1st Class with minimum Sixty Percentage marks, Five Percentage relaxation in marks to PwBD/SC/ST) – with specialization in Marketing/Finance from a recognized University or institution. 
    • Law & Recovery: 1st Class Graduate with minimum Sixty Percentage marks (with Five Percentage relaxation in marks to PwBD/SC/ST) with 1st Class full time regular LL.B degree or 1st Class Five Years Integrated Law degree with minimum Sixty Percentage marks (with Five Percentage relaxation in marks to PwBD/SC/ST) from a recognized University or institution. 
    • Company Secretary: 1st Class Graduate with minimum Sixty Percentage marks (Five Percentage relaxation in marks to PwBD/SC/ST) and Member of Institute of Company Secretary. 
    • Post Qualification Experience : 2 years
  1. Deputy Manager (E-1) –

  5. Manager (E-2) – Rs. 50,000-1,60,000/-
  6. Deputy Manager (E-1) – Rs. 40,000-1,40,000/-
  7. Deputy Manager (E-1) – Rs. 40,000-1,40,000/-
