Puducherry DHFWS Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for Puducherry DHFWS:
- A pass in 12th Std. (H.Sc.) or its equivalent.
- Diploma in Multipurpose Health Worker (Female) or Diploma in Auxiliary Nurse Midwife or its equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.
- Registration as a Midwife in any one of the State Nursing and Midwifery Council in India.
- Should have studied the particular regional language (Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam) as one of the subjects in the SSLC level or above.
Nativity / Residence:
- Those who are natives of the Union Territory of Puducherry and residents by continuous residence in the U.T. for the last 5 years immediately preceding the date of notification only are eligible to apply for the posts.
- The applicants ON SELECTION shall furnish the fresh Nativity/Residence Certificate issued by an Officer of the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management not below the rank of Deputy Tahsildar at the time of certificate verification.
