AVNL MTPF has released the recruitment notification to fill the 162 Trade Apprentice Posts. The application form should be downloaded in PDF format from the official website @ https://avnl.co.in/. The last date for the receipt of Filled application along with all enclosures is 12.09.2026. 

The official place of posting for all the 162 positions will be Maharastra. Eligible candidates possessing a 10th, ITI can apply exclusively via the Offline mode. AVNL MTPF Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for AVNL MTPF:

• For Non-ITI Category – 
  • Should have Passed Madhyamik (class X/10th std or equivalent) with minimum Fifty Percentage (50%)marks in Aggregate and with Forty Percentage (40%)marks in Mathematics and Science each. 
• For ITI Category 
  • Must have cleared the relevant trade examination from an institute recognized by NCVT, SCVT, or another authority designated by official notification from the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship or the Ministry of Labour and Employment, with a course duration in compliance with the Apprentices Act, 1961. Additionally, applicants must have passed Madhyamik / Class 10th or an equivalent examination, securing at least 50% aggregate marks in both Class 10th and ITI.
  • Strict adherence to the Schedule of the Apprentices Act, 1961 (including its amendments) will govern the evaluation of eligible trades.

Age Limit for AVNL MTPF: (As on )

1. Trade Apprentice – 15 to 24 years

Relaxation of Upper age limit: 

• +5 Years for ST/SC  
• +3 Years for OBC (NCL)  
• Persons with Disabilities candidate:
  • +10 Years for UR  
  • +13 Years for OBC (NCL)  
  • +15 Years for ST/SC
• For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy

Pay Scale for AVNL MTPF:

• For NON-ITI Apprentice: – 
  • 1st year – Rs.12600/-per month
  • 2nd  – Rs. 14400/-per month 
• For Ex-ITI Apprentice :- 
  • For All Ex-ITI 2 Year Trades – Rs.16200/-per month
  • For All Ex-ITI 1 Year Trades – Rs.14400/-per month.

How to Submit an Application:

• Candidate must submit the application form mentioned at Annexure-I. B. Candidates must fill their personal details carefully. 
• Candidates should ensure that their name, father’s name, date of birth, marks obtained shall exactly match with what is recorded in Matriculation or equivalent certificate etc.
• The application, complete in all respect together with the required fee should be sent through speed post/courier service to “The Chief General Manager, Machine Tool Prototype Factory, Ordanace Factory Estate, Ambarnath (W), Dist-Thane, Maharastra – 421502”.
