ASC Centre (South) Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for ASC Centre (South):

1. Fireman (Male) –
   1. Matriculation or equivalent from recognised board. 
   2. Must be physically fit and capable of Must be conversant with the use and performing strenuous duties and must have maintenance of all types of extinguishers, hose fittings and fire appliances and 
   3. Must be familiar with the use and Test Fire Fighting methods employed in fighting different types of fire.
2. Leading Fireman (Male) –
   1. Matriculation or equivalent from recognised board. 
   2. Must be conversant with the use and maintenance of all types of extinguishers, hose fittings and fire appliances and equipment fire engines, trailers, pumps, foam branches. 
   3. Must be capable of training, guiding and controlling the working of B crane and QuaIification capable of taking independent charge of a shift.
3. Fire Engine Driver (Male) –
   1. Matriculation or equivalent from recognised board. 
   2. Should be proficient in trade work.Must have at least three years experience of driving heavy vehicles and be in possession of a valid driving licence. 
   3. Preferably should be certified by a reputed institution after having attended a fireman course.
4. Librarian (Male) –
   1. Matriculation or equivalent from SN Particulars Details recognised board. 
   2. Should be proficient in trade. 

Age Limit for ASC Centre (South): (As on 04.09.2026)

1. Fireman (Male) – 18 to 25 years 
2. Leading Fireman (Male) – 18 to 25 years 
3. Fire Engine Driver (Male) – 18 to 25 years 
4. Librarian (Male) – 18 to 25 years
