Educational Qualification for Thiruvarur DHS:
- Blood Bank Counsellor – 1. Any Graduate Degree holder in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development or Diploma in Nursing with minimum 3 years of experience in HIV/AIDS project. 2. In case of those recruited from a community of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS, graduates from any field or diploma in Nursing may be considered if they have minimum 1 year of experience in HIV/AIDS project.
- ICTC Counsellor – 1. Any Graduate Degree holder in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development or Diploma in Nursing with minimum 3 years of experience in HIV/AIDS Project 2. In case of those recruited from community of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS, graduates from any field or diploma in Nursing may be considered if they have minimum 1years of experience in HIV/AIDS Project
- ICTC Lab Technician – 1.Must have passed plus-two Examination 2.Minimum a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from tamilnadu Government-approved institution.
- Audiologist – Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (B.ASLP)
- Pharmacist – D.Pham., in Tamil Nadu recognized University
- Laboratory Technician – D.M.L.T.,in Tamil Nadu Government recognized University
- Doctor (Naturopathy&Yoga) – Minimum Bachelor Degree (BNYS) from recognized University with woking experience in Organizations Public Health. Exposure in social sector schemes / Govt. at National, State and District level. Preference wil be given to persons having PG Qualification in AYUSH stream and experience of working in recognized Health Sector including AYUSH.

- AYUSH Medical Officer – BSMS., Degree
- Dispenser – Siddha – Pharmacist Qualified Pharmacist with 2 Year Course from Govt. Approved Indian Medicine Institution
