EIL Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for EIL: (As on 30.11.2025)

1. Associate Engineer Grade III (Civil) – B.E./ B. Tech./ B.Sc (Engg.) (Civil) + Out of 09 years minimum 5 years relevant experience should be in Construction Management and Project execution in refinery/petrochemical/Cross Country Pipeline.
2. Associate Engineer Grade III (Mechanical) – B.E./ B. Tech./ B.Sc (Engg.) (Mechanical) + Out of 09 years minimum 5 years relevant experience should be in Construction Management and Project execution in refinery/petrochemical/Cross Country Pipeline. 
3. Associate Engineer Grade III (Welding/NDT) – B.E./ B. Tech./ B.Sc (Engg.) Mechanical/Weld ing NDT and with ASNT Level-II Certificate (in RT/UT/MPT/LPT) + Out of 09 years minimum 5 years relevant experience should be in Construction Management and Project execution in refinery/petrochemical/Cross Country Pipeline. 
4. Associate Engineer Grade III (Electrical) – B.E./ B. Tech./ B.Sc (Engg.) (Electrical) + Out of 09 years minimum 5 years relevant experience should be in Construction Management and Project execution in refinery/petrochemical/Cross Country Pipeline. 
5. Associate Engineer Grade III (Instrumentation) – B.E./ B. Tech./ B.Sc (Engg.) Instrumentation) + Out of 09 years minimum 5 years relevant experience should be in Construction Management and Project execution in refinery/petrochemical. 
6. Associate Engineer Grade IV (Civil) – B.E./ B. Tech./ B.Sc (Engg.) (Civil) + Out of 13 years minimum 5 years relevant experience should be in Construction Management and Project execution in refinery/petrochemical.
