IDBI Bank Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for IDBI Bank: (As on 01.03.2026)
- Assistant Manager – Grade ‘A’ –
- Graduate from an accredited university
- A minimum of two years of post-qualification work experience in a scheduled public bank, scheduled private bank, cooperative bank, or regional rural bank. Those with prior expertise in branch banking, operations, retail assets, credit, sales, and third-party products, among other areas, will be given preference.
- Desirable: Professional qualifications like CMA / CFA / ICWA/CA/ JAIIB, CAIIB etc.
- JAM – Grade ‘O’ (Regional) –
- Graduate from an accredited university
- Candidates must be proficient in areas linked to computers and information technology.
Age Limit for IDBI Bank: (As on 01.03.2026)
- Assistant Manager – Grade ‘A’ – Minimum: 21 years ; Maximum: 30 years. The Applicants must have been born not earlier than 02.03.1996 and not later than 01.03.2005 (both dates inclusive)
- JAM – Grade ‘O’ (Regional) – Minimum 20 years Maximum: 25 years. The candidate Must have been born not earlier than 02.03.2001 and not later than 01.03.006 (both dates inclusive)).
