NTPC Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for NTPC:
- Senior Manager (Green Chemicals) –
- Required Qualification: Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution
- Experience Required: Minimum 15 years’ post-qualification executive experience (including training period if any) in Commissioning and Operation of Methanol/ Urea/ Ammonia/ Ethanol/ SAF/ Refinery/ Fertilizer/ Petro-chemical/ Chemical process industry including DCS/ Control Desk operation/ Unit operations with minimum 3 years at Shift Incharge Level. The candidate should be conversant in Operation and Operation Planning, General HSE Guidelines, Fire and safety systems in such industries. Candidates having relevant experience in medium-to-large size Methanol/ Ammonia/ Urea/ Ethanol/ SAF projects shall be preferred.
- For Candidates currently working in Govt./PSU undertaking: Out of the above-mentioned 15 years of post-qualification experience (Including training/ trainee period, if any) in the executive cadre, they should have minimum 03 years of experience in the pay-scale of Rs. 80,000-2,20,000 or above (IDA pay scale of E5 grade or above of NTPC effective from 01.01.2017) or equivalent scale.
- Engineer –
- Required Qualification: Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
- Experience Required: Minimum 04 years’ post-qualification executive experience in Commissioning and Operation of Methanol/ Urea/ Ammonia/ Ethanol/ SAF/ Refinery/ Fertilizer/Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Process industry including DCS/Control Desk/Unit Operations. The candidate should be conversant in Operation and Operation Planning, General HSE Guidelines, Fire and safety systems in such industries. Candidates having experience in medium-to-large size Methanol/Ammonia/Urea/ Ethanol/SAF projects shall be preferred.
