Educational Qualification for HCSL:
- Operator (Crane) –
- Qualification: Pass in SSLC and ITI –NTC (National Trade Certificate) in the trade of Fitter/ Machinist / Electrician / Electronic Mechanic
- Experience: 03 years
- Desirable: a) Radio remote operation. b) Electrical maintenance of cranes including VFD basic troubleshooting. c) Good communication skills and working knowledge in Hindi/Bengali.
- Operator (MHE & Transporter) –
- Qualification: Pass in SSLC and ITI –NTC (National Trade Certificate) in any trade
- Experience: 03 Years
- Desirable: Good communication skills and working knowledge in Hindi/Bengali

- Operator (MHE & Transporter) – 45 years
