Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
1. Assistant Industrial Adviser – (A) (i) Master’s Degree in any branch of chemistry (but excluding bio-chemistry) from a recognized University or Institution; and (ii) One year experience in Chemical or Petrochemical in Central Government/ State Government/ Union Territory Administrations/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Universities/ Recognized Research Institutions/ Semi Government or Autonomous Bodies/ Statutory Organizations/ Listed Private Sector Organizations/Corporate Entities which are listed on the recognized stock exchanges of the country/ the companies with public shareholding dealing with Chemicals or Petrochemicals OR (B) (i) Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering or Chemical Technology from a recognized University or Institution; and (ii) Two years experience in Chemical or Petrochemical in Central Government/ State Government/ Union Territory Administrations/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Universities/ Recognized Research Institutions/ Semi Government or Autonomous Bodies/ Statutory Organizations/ Listed Private Sector Organizations/Corporate Entities which are listed on the recognized stock exchanges of the country/ the companies with public shareholding dealing with Chemicals or Petrochemicals. |
2. Scientist-B (Physical Rubber, Plastic and Textile) – Educational: Master’s Degree in Physics/ Chemistry from a recognized University or Institute or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/Textile Technology/ Rubber Technology/ Plastic Engineering/ Polymer and Rubber Technology from a recognized University or Institute. Experience: One year practical experience in the testing and evaluation of materials such as Textile, Polymer, Paper, Leather, Rubber etc in a recognised Laboratory or Institute for candidates holding Master’s Degree in Physics or Master’s Degree in Chemistry OR Two years practical experience in the testing and evaluation of materials such as Textile, Polymer, Paper, Leather, Rubber etc in a recognised Laboratory or Institute for candidates holding Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/Textile Technology/ Rubber Technology/ Plastic Engineering/ Polymer and Rubber Technology. DESIRABLE: Training in Modern instrumental methods of Testing Textiles, Rubber, Polymer, Paper, Leather etc. |
3. Assistant Zoologist – Educational: M.Sc. degree in Zoology from a recognized University. Experience: Two years’ experience of survey and research work in Zoology. Desirable: Training/experience in the collection and preservation of zoological specimens in the field and in handling and maintaining large zoological collections in some museum or Zoological Research Institute. |
4. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor – Educational: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii) Post-graduate Degree in the concerned Speciality mentioned in Section-A of Schedule VI of CHS rules from recognized Teaching institute i.e., Master of Surgery (Oto-Rhino-Laryngology); or Diplomate National Board (Oto-RhinoLaryngology). Experience: At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Speciality or Super-speciality in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree. |
5. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Sports Medicine) – Educational: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii) Post-graduate degree in the concerned Speciality mentioned in Section-A of Schedule VI from recognized Teaching institute i.e., Doctor of Medicine (Sports Medicine); or Master of Surgery (Orthopaedics); or Doctor of Medicine (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation); or Diplomate National Board (Sports Medicine/Orthopaedics/PMR); or Doctor of Medicine (Physiology) with two years’ experience in Sports Medicine; or Diplomate National Board (Physiology) with two years’ experience in Sports Medicine. Experience: At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Speciality in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree. |
6. Specialist Grade III (Paediatric Surgery) – Educational: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii) Post-graduate Degree in the concerned Speciality of Super-speciality mentioned in Section-A of Schedule VI of CHS Rules from recognized teaching institute i.e., Magister Chirurguie( Paediatric Surgery); or Diplomate National Board( Paediatric Surgery). Experience: Three years’ experience in the concerned Speciality or super-speciality after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree. |
7. Specialist Grade III (Plastic & Reconstructive surgery) – (A) EDUCATIONAL: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii) Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or super specialty mentioned in Section A in Schedule VI of CHS Rules from recognized Teaching Institute i.e. Magister Chirurgiara (Plastic Surgery); or Magister Chirurgiae (Plastic and Constructive Surgery); or Diplomate National Board (Plastic Surgery/ Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery). Experience: Three years ‘experience in the concerned Speciality or Super-Speciality after obtaining the first Post–Graduate degree. |
8. Specialist Grade III OtoRhino-Laryngology – Educational: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii) Post-Graduate degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty or super specialty mentioned in Section A or Section B in Schedule VI of CHS Rules, i.e. Master of Surgery( Oto-Rhino-Laryngology); or Diplomate of National Board(Oto-Rhino-Laryngology) or Post Graduate Diploma in Oto-Rhino-Laryngology. |
9. Specialist Grade III (Cardiology) – Educational: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) PostGraduate Degree in the concerned speciality or super speciality mentioned in Section A in Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. D.M.( Cardiology). Experience: Three years’ experience in the concerned Specialty after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree. |
10. Specialist Grade III (Dermatology) – Educational: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) PostGraduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned speciality or super speciality mentioned in Section A or Section B in Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. M.D.(Dermatology)/ M.D.( Dermatology & Venereology)/ M.D. in Medicine with Diploma in Dermatology/ Diploma in Dermatology( D.D.). Experience: Three years’ experience in the concerned Specialty after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree or Five years’ experience after obtaining the first Post Graduate diploma. |
11. Specialist Grade III (General Medicine) – Educational: (i) A recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post-graduate Degree in the concerned speciality mentioned in Section-A in Schedule VI or equivalent i.e., Doctor of Medicine (Medicine); or Doctor of Medicine (General Medicine). Experience: Three years, experience in the concerned speciality after obtaining the first Post Graduate Degree. |
12. Specialist Grade III (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) – Educational: (i) A recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post-graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned speciality mentioned in Section-A or Section-B in Schedule VI or equivalent i.e., Doctor of Medicine (Obstetrics & Gynae.); or Master of Surgery (Obstetrics & Gynae.); or Diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics (D.G.O.) Experience: Three years’ experience in the concerned speciality after obtaining the first Post-graduate Degree or five years’ experience after obtaining the Post-graduate Diploma. |

(a) Candidates (Except Female/SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disability Candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of any bank or by using Visa/Master/Rupay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI payment.
(b) No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates of any community. No “fee exemption” is available to Gen/OBC/EWS male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee
