Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| Qualifications and Experience: Standard 10 with 3 years’ experience in laboratory doing clinical research OR Standard 12 with 1 year experience in clinical field work or in laboratory doing clinical research OR Degree/Diploma in MLT. OR Degree/Diploma in clinical research Desirable: Experience in clinical research field work; communicating with participants; making home visits for data collection/ sample collection; transport of samples Skills: – Basic knowledge and ability to conduct clinical lab related monitoring. – Good written and verbal communication skills with understanding of local language and basic understanding of English. – Ability to read and write multiple local languages will be preferred. – Fair negotiation and problem-solving skills. – Effective time management skills and ability to manage field-based activities – Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team. |
