Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. Consultant (Data Scientist) – PhD in Computer Science/Data Science or related fields with proven track record of expertise in image analysis in the form of publications |
| 2. Project Research Scientist-II (Data Management) – First Class Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Data Science or equivalent with minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in data acquisition and data analysis. OR Second Class Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Data Science or equivalent with PhD degree and minimum of three years of post qualification experience in data acquisition and data analysis. OR First Class Graduate degree of Four years in Computer Science/Data Science or equivalent with three years post-qualification experience in the relevant field. Desirable: Should have worked in clinical research projects |
| 3. Project Research Scientist-I (Data Science) – First Class Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/ Mathematics/Physics/ Bioinformatics or related fields with specific courses in data science, medical image analysis and artificial intelligence (AI) with proficient skills in computer programming (Python/R) OR Second Class Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/ Mathematics/Physics/ Bioinformatics or related fields with PhD with specific courses in data science, medical image analysis and artificial intelligence (AI) with proficient skills in computer programming (Python/R) The PRS-I (Data Science) will be responsible for the development of AI models using medical images and videos. They will clean the datasets, pre-process the dataset, write the analytical programs, test run them, and use multiple strategies as defined in the plan of analyses for development of models. These positions will be posted at the Data Management and Data Science centre (ADAPT) at THSTI. OR First Class Graduate degree of Four years in Computer Science or related fields from the recognized University. Experience in AI, medical imaging is desirable |
| 4. Project Research Scientist-I – First Class Postgraduate Degree (including integrated Postgraduate Degrees) in Life Sciences/Medical Sciences from a government recognized University. OR Second Class Post Graduate Degree (including integrated Postgraduate Degrees) in Life Sciences/Medical Sciences from a government recognized University with PhD degree from a recognized University. OR MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/ BHMS or its equivalent from a recognized University/Institute. Desirable: Should have worked in clinical research studies. Well versed with good clinical practices. |
| 5. Quality Manager – PhD in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized University with three years’ post qualification experience in relevant field. At least one publication as first author in a scientific journal. OR PG degree in Life Sciences with eight years of post- qualification experience relevant field mentioned under desirable qualification. |
| 6. Lab Technician – B.Sc/ Three years DMLT from the recognized Institute/University with one year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. |
