Salary Details:

Salary Details:

Candidates will be selected in the E1 grade in pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-. The minimum total Monthly Gross salary works out to Rs. 81,900/- (Approx.) include Basic Pay + VDA (43.8%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27% for class A cities/applicable rates for other places). Non Practicing Allowance @ 20% of Basic Pay for Officer (Medical).

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: (As on 01.09.2023)

1. Management Trainee (Materials)
Qualification:
A) Regular full time 4 years BE / B Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg./ Petrochemical Engg./ Mechanical Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Instrumentation Engg. from University Grants Commission (UGC) / AICTE approved Institutions.
Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Chemical / Petrochemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation, must be mentioned in the degree alongwith other allied subjects, if any.
Or
B) 3 years regular and fulltime BE / B Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg./ Petrochemical Engg./ Mechanical Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Instrumentation Engg. from University Grants Commission (UGC) / AICTE approved Institutions acquired after 3 years Regular and Fulltime diploma in Engineering. Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Chemical / Petrochemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation, must be mentioned in the degree alongwith other allied subjects, if any.
Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate in Final Year of Engineering Graduation (55% for SC/ST category candidates).
2. Management Trainee (Legal) –
Qualification: 3 years Graduation with regular and full time Degree in Law
Or
a Law Graduate who has passed 5 years regular and full time integrated Law course from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution
AND
Regular and full time Master degree in Law (LLM) from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution
Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate in Final Year of Master’s Degree (LLM).

Age Limit: (As on 01.09.2023)

1. Management Trainee (Materials) – 27 years
2. Management Trainee (Legal) – 27 years

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Salary Details:

1. Management Trainee (Materials) – Rs. 40,000 – 140000. The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay +VDA (43.8%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) and other allowances which works out to Rs. 81,900/- approximately.
2. Management Trainee (Legal) – Rs. 40,000 – 140000. The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay +VDA (43.8%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) and other allowances which works out to Rs. 81,900/- approximately.

Selection Process:

RCFL may follow the following process to select the candidates.

1. Online Test
2. Personal Interview
For the positions of Management Trainees the online test will be conducted at the centre’s in the cities of Bhopal, Delhi/Delhi NCR, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane/MMR region, Nagpur. Medium of Test will be in Rajbhasha (Hindi) and English.

Application Fee: 

Non – refundable application fee of ₹1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) for the post of Management Trainee are required to be paid by General, OBC and EWS category candidates at the time of submission of online application form. Candidates can opt to pay either through internet banking account or credit/ debit card. No other mode of payment of application fee would be accepted. Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are, therefore, advised to verify their eligibility before payment of application fee. SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female category candidates are not required to pay any application fee.
