| 1. Project Leader (Civil) – Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent Minimum Total Experience: Minimum of 20 years’ experience in construction industry |
| 2. Team Leader (Civil) – Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent Minimum Total Experience: Minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction industry. |
| 3. Design Expert (Civil) – Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent And Masters’ Degree in Structural Engineering Minimum Total Experience: Minimum experience of 10 years in design related to execution of structures preferably nearby running track. |

Resident Engineer (Bridge) – Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent OR Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum Total Experience: For Degree holders: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction industry related to execution of Bridges structures.
