Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – Essential Requirements: B. E/ B. Tech in ECE with 1st Class from a recognized University/ Institute and M. E/ M. Tech/ M.S. in Embedded Systems / VLSI Design / Microprocessors any other specialization in ECE related to VLSI. Knowledge and experience in VLSI Tools will be an added advantage. |
| 2. Laboratory Engineer – Essential Requirements: B. E/ B. Tech in ECE/EEE/ICE with First Class from a recognized University/ Institute Desirable: Minimum 1 year experience with the relevant field of VLSI/ASIC and having strong understanding on front-end/back-end developments in FPGA/ASIC projects, RTL, verification and physical design. |
Emoluments:
| 1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – Rs.35,960/- per month (consolidated) for the first 2 years and Rs.40,600/- per month (consolidated) for remaining three years |
| 2. Laboratory Engineer – Rs.25,000/- per month (consolidated) for the first 2 years and Rs.30,000/- per month (consolidated) for remaining three years |
