CSIR-NIIST Project Associate Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. Senior Project Associate – Master’s Degree in Life Science or M. Pharm with 4 years experience OR PhD in Life Science from Academic / Industry with natural Products isolation, characterization and pharmacological screening experience. Desirable: Experience in in-vitro & in-vivo assay screening. |
| 2. Project Associate- II – Master’s Degree in Physics from a recognized university or Equivalent with 2 years research experience in Organic Electronics / Device Fabrication. |
Age Limit: (As on 31.07.2023)
| 1. Senior Project Associate – 40 Years |
| 2. Project Associate- II – 35 Years |
The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Salary Details:
| 1. Senior Project Associate – Rs. 42000/-+ 18% HRA |
| 2. Project Associate- II – – Rs. 35,000/-+ 18% HRA for who possess CSIRUGC NET Score (including lectureship) or GATE. – Rs.28,000/-+ 18% HRA for who do not fulfill the above. |
