Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: (As on 13.04.2024)

1. Engineer (RE-Civil)
Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post qualification experience in geotech / piling / foundation / structural steel / tower structures / switch yard etc. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.
2. Engineer (RE-Electrical) –
Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University /Institution.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post qualification experience in switchyard / electrical testing/ transmission system/ transformer. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.
3. Engineer (RE-Mechanical) –
Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution. Preference will be given to candidates with ME/M.Tech degree.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post qualification industry experience with involvement in supervision/execution in hazardous location. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.
4. Executive (RE-HR) –
Qualification: Graduates with atleast 2 years full time post graduate degree/ post graduate diploma/Post Graduate program in Management with Specialization in Human Resources/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or Masters in Social Work or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post qualification experience in HR functions/ Industrial Relations. Candidates with knowledge of SAP, MS office and Data Analytics will be preferred.
5. Engineer (RE-CDM) –
Qualification: Graduate Engineering degree in any discipline or Master’s Degree in Environment Science/Environment Engineering/Environment Management from a recognized university/Institute.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 5-year post qualification experience in the field of consulting in one or more of the following areas: Registration and verification under GHG reduction programs, Emission Trading, carbon neutrality, climate change and sustainability, developing decarbonisation strategy for energy/power
6. Executive (RE-Finance) –
Qualification: Qualified CA/CMA
Experience Requirement: Minimum 01 Year post qualification experience (excluding article ship period) in the area of Finance/Accounts.
7. Engineer (RE-IT) –
Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years of experience of communication and networking devices like LAN, WAN, Switches Telephone Exchange, audio/visual system, database administrator, web designing, handling of servers, PC ,printer and other IT hardware.
8. Executive (RE-Corporate Communication) –
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Journalism/Advertisement & Public Relations/Mass Communication with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years of experience working in a Govt/ PSU/Private company of repute in relevant area. Should have handled Corporate Communication/Public Relations, should have knowledge of advertisement/media, audio-visual publicity, manage media coverage
