Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:  

1. Graduate Trainee (Mines) – B.E/B. Tech in Mining or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks. During probation period the candidate has to submit copy of the application submitted to DGMS along with valid Gas testing and first aid certificate and 1 years’ experience in the Company for obtaining 2nd class Mine Manager’s certificate of competency (unrestricted) under MMR, 1961 DGMS.
2. Graduate Trainee (Mechanical) – B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
3. Graduate Trainee (Electrical) – B.E/B. Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics /Electronics & Telecommunications/Power or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks
4. Management Trainee (Geology) – Post Graduate in Geology/ Applied Geology with minimum 60% marks.
5. Graduate Trainee (Process) i. Chemical ii. Metallurgy iii. Mineral Processing – B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks. B.E/B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks. M.Tech in Mineral Processing or equivalent from a recognized University/Institutes with Min 60% marks.
6. Management Trainee (Materials) –
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering Any discipline or equivalent from a recognized university/Institute
2. MBA in Materials Management/ Post Graduate Diploma (2 years) in Materials Management from a recognized university/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
7. Management Trainee (Contract Management) – Graduate in any Engineering discipline or equivalent with MBA in Finance/Materials Management or minimum 2 years P G Diploma in Finance/Materials Management from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
8. Management Trainee (Personnel/Welfare) – P.G. Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with minimum 60% marks. Or P.G.Degree/Diploma (2 years duration) in IRPM/Master in Labour Studies from the recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks. Or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management /HR/HRD from recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.2. Preference will be given to Law Graduate Candidates.
9. Management Trainee (Finance & Accounts) – CA/ICWA/CMA from recognized Institute.
10. Manager (Survey) –
1.Graduate from a recognized university/ Institute with minimum 60% marks.
2. Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.
3. Surveyor’s Certificate of competency (Unrestricted)
4. Minimum 2 years’ experience in surveying underground mining out of which 2 years experience (One year for internal candidate) in immediate lower scale (IDA) i.e. Rs. 40000-140000 or equivalent (CDA)
OR
1. Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks along with Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted)
2.Minimum 4 years’ experience in surveying underground mining out of which 2 years’ experience (1 year for internal candidate) in immediate lower scale (IDA) i.e. Rs. 40000-140000 or equivalent (CDA). For pplicantsA from private sector, CTC should be minimum Rs. 9.10 lakh per annum.
